Structural Information
The building is built entirely using reinforced premium grade concrete. Tiled roofs.
Interior and exterior walls
Built using cement blocks of 15 and 20 centimetre widths. All walls are to be plastered using the highest fine grade plaster.
Apartment

All apartments to have ceramic tile floors.
Pluming and water distribution
The building will be connected directly to the Havana reservoir and water will be stored and distributed throughout the whole building at a constant pressure using self-regulating water pumps. Hot water will be obtained from individual water heaters in each apartment; these will be of different dimensions based upon unit size.
Electrical installations
Electricity will be derived from the Public power grid. Each apartment is to have a principal and individual connection. A secondary power source in case of power blackouts will be a silenced diesel fuel generator.
Each apartment will have a power “pre-installation” including all sockets, light switches, light and power outlets and circuit breakers.
Other electrical “pre-installation”
Cabling for: Telephones, Satellite TV, room-to-room, exterior-to-room intercommunication. Closed circuit TV for the whole complex.
Fire/smoke detectors and an automatic sprinkler system will be fitted throughout the whole building.
Carpentry and other fixtures
All external carpentry is of anodised high-grade aluminium and “lite-tint” safety glass.
Interior carpentry is of varnished hard wood.
Locks and security features
Main entrance door to be reinforced with blind central locking at 6 points.
Paint and superficial coverings
Interior paint is of vinyl acrylic, exterior of special exterior use vinyl acrylic.
Bathroom fixtures will be of high-grade porcelain using quality mixer taps. They include, bidet, washbasin and bath under shower fixtures.
Stairs and elevators
Complex has an internal stair network covered with non slip tiling.
